1. Service

Promptolook (promptolook.com) is operated by Keenvo Tech OÜ, registered in Estonia (17457927), Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us"). Advertising, traffic acquisition, and monetization services are provided by ActiveView OÜ, registered in Estonia (16639782), Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, Tallinn 10615, Harju, Estonia. By using Promptolook you agree to these terms.

Promptolook helps you explore fashion, beauty, and style: generate AI looks, find real shoppable products through visual search, and get personalized insights from interactive tools. It also offers games and interactive challenges. AI-generated images are creative approximations; product matches come from visual search and may differ from the generated look.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use Promptolook's style tools. Our games are open to players 13 or older; if you are under the age of majority where you live, play with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Plans and billing

Free accounts start with a credit grant on signup. Additional credits can be purchased one-time or via the Plus subscription. Monthly credits reset on each billing cycle. Bonus credits (purchased packs, rewards) do not expire. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled; cancel any time from your account page or the Stripe billing portal.

4. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable after activation. One-time credit packs are non-refundable once delivered. Contact support for billing issues; we review them case by case.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that targets identifiable individuals without consent. Do not scrape, resell, or automate access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Affiliate links

Product links shown in visual search results are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you complete a purchase. This does not change the price you pay.

7. Games and interactive challenges

Our games are free to play. Lives refill over time, and optional rewarded videos can give an in-game item, such as an extra life or a second chance. In-game items, lives, stars, and ranks have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or prizes. Skipping a video never blocks play.

Every result is checked by replaying your moves on our servers. We may reject results that do not match the replay, and remove from leaderboards or suspend players who use bots, scripts, modified clients, or other ways to cheat. Leaderboards include clearly labelled computer-controlled rivals that are not players. Seasons start and end on the dates shown in each game, and we may adjust levels between seasons.

In games with online play against other people, such as Tavlino (tavlino.promptolook.com), AI opponents are always labelled AI and never presented as people, and games against the AI never change ratings or human leaderboards. Online dice are generated on our servers and can be verified after each match. Do not use bots, analysis software, another person's help or several accounts in online matches, and do not arrange results; we may reset ratings, remove results or suspend players who do.

Some games offer a one-time Supporter purchase that removes ads in that game on every device where you sign in with the same email. It is a single payment, not a subscription, processed by Stripe, and the price shown before you pay may vary by country and over time. You ask us to deliver it immediately, so where the law allows you lose the right to withdraw once it is delivered. The game's own terms describe what the purchase includes.

No prizes are offered unless official rules for that game and season are published on its rules page; those rules then govern the prize.

8. Disclaimer

Promptolook is provided "as is" for informational purposes, without warranties of any kind. We may update or change features without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptolook and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on information shown in the app.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to defraud us or our partners.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Promptolook after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or to the use of Promptolook, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harju County, Tallinn, Estonia. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts, of your country of residence.
