1. Service
Promptolook lets you generate AI fashion looks and find real shoppable products. The service is provided as-is. We may update or change features without notice.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be 16 or older to use the service.
3. Credits and billing
Free accounts start with a credit grant on signup. Additional credits can be purchased one-time or via subscription. Monthly credits reset on each billing cycle. Bonus credits (purchased packs, rewards) do not expire. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancel any time from your account page.
4. Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable after activation. One-time credit packs are non-refundable once delivered. Contact support for billing issues.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that targets identifiable individuals without consent. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Affiliate links
Product links shown in visual search results are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you complete a purchase. This does not change the price you pay.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptolook is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
